Garbage & Recycling Pick up ~ Holiday Schedule - 2026
Memorial Day - pick up will be Saturday, May 30, 2026Independence Day - pick up will be Friday, July 3, 2026
Labor Day - pick up will be Saturday, September 12, 2026
Thanksgiving Day - pick up will be Saturday, November 28, 2026
Christmas Day - pick up will be Saturday, December 26, 2026
New Year's Day - pick up will be Saturday, January 2, 2027
Please have carts placed by the curb by 7:00am.
Carts should be within 18 inches of the curb with the arrows on the lid pointing to the street/curb. Carts may not be placed on the street. If there is snow, please clear an area for them or leave the carts at the end of your driveway.
To avoid damage to property, place the carts at least 3 feet away from mailboxes, lampposts, and from the other cart.
Place the carts on as level a surface as possible, but away from low hanging tree branches.
Close lids prior to pick up. Lids should be closed on the carts for driver identification and in order to stop material from spilling or blowing away.
Carts not properly spaced will be tagged and will not be picked up.
ONLY WASTE MANAGEMENT CARTS WILL BE EMPTIED.
If you have a lid or cart that needs repair / replacement - please contact Julie Brey at the Village office at (920) 668-6523 or jbrey@cedargrovewi.com.
Compost material such as lawn clippings, leaves, vegetation, etc. should be placed at the drop-off site east of the Village office, located at 22 E Willow Ave. Please do not mix non-biodegradable items with the compost materials and do not drop any branches off in this area.

Large Item Drop-off - 2026 Schedule
Large items, such as couches, chairs, mattresses, etc. may be dropped off at the drop-off site east of the Village office, 22 E Willow Ave, Cedar Grove from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm on the following dates:March 21, 2026
June 20, 2026
September 19, 2026
December 5, 2026
Motor oil will also be accepted. NO garbage and/or recycling will be accepted.
The following items will be accepted for a fee:
TVs/Computer Monitors - Complete - $25
TVs/Computer Monitors - Partial - $50
Computers - $10
VCR/DVD/DVR/Fax Machines - $10
Refrigerators/Dehumidifiers - $35
Microwaves - $5
Only Village of Cedar Grove residents are allowed at the Large Item Drop Off. You may be asked for identification.
