Aluminum, Tin, & Steel Cans
Cans and Food Cans

ONLY

Rinse Clean

(flattening is optional)

Foil & Bottle Caps,
Cardboard sided juice cans,
Aerosol Cans,
& Paint Cans
Plastic
Milk, Soda, and

Detergent Bottles,

other Bottles Marked:
#1 PETE
#2 HDPE

Rinse Clean

Remove and discard lids

in Trash.

Crush Bottles.

Plastic Oil Bottles
(Cooking Oil, Motor Oil(,
Yogurt and Ice Cream
Containers, Food Containers,
Styrofoam, Plastic Cups
and Film, Hard Plastic
(toys, pails, etc),
Medical Bottles
and Syringes

Other Recyclable Items NOT in a blue recycling bag.

Mixed Paper Materials What do I recycle? What can NOT be recycled?
Newspapers & Magazines
Tie with string or twine in both directions or place together in a brown paper grocery bag.

Bundles can be no larger than 8" high.

JUNK MAIL
Bathroom waste paper (towels, toilet paper), Carbon Paper, Cellophane, Cloth, Cork Foil, Polystyrene Styrofoam, Waxed anything, Candy Wrappers, Napkins, Paper Cups, Styrofoam Cups, Styrofoam Packaging, Paper Food Containers, Photographs, Fiberboard, Labels and Label Backings.
Cardboard
Cut into 3' X 3' sections and bind
