RE: An Ordinance Amending the Traffic Code 7.05 (4) OVERNIGHT PARKING PROHIBITED DURING WINTER MONTHS.

DURING WINTER MONTHS is hereby amended as follows:

There shall be no parking on Village streets between the hours of 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.

from December 1^st of each year through April 1^st. This prohibition shall not apply to physicians or surgeons who are in the course of attending to patients.

SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the date of its passage and posting as provided by law.
