An Ordinance Prohibiting parking on the east side
of South Second Street from Wisconsin to Union Avenue in the Village
of Cedar Grove, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin
THE VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF
CEDAR GROVE, WISCONSIN, DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES. Except temporarily for the purpose of and while actually engaged
in loading or unloading or in receiving or discharging passengers and
while the vehicle is attended by a licensed operator so that it may be
moved promptly in case of an emergency or to avoid obstruction of
traffic, no person shall park, stop or leave standing any vehicle upon
any of the following highways or parts of highways: On the east side of
South Second Street from Wisconsin to Union Avenue.
SECTION 2 - PENALTY: The penalty for
violation of this Ordinance shall be as stated in the Bond Schedule
established by the Sheboygan County Circuit Court for traffic
infringements.
SECTION 3 - EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance
shall take effect and be in full force from and after the date of its
passage and publication as provided by law.
