"No Parking - Firemen
Only" OrdinanceAn Ordinance prohibiting public parking in the
parking lot area on the North side of the Fire Hall in the Village of
Cedar Grove, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin
THE VILLAGE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF
CEDAR GROVE, WISCONSIN, DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: PUBLIC PARKING PROHIBITED AT
ALL TIMES. The parking lot area on the North side of the Fire Hall will
be marked and designated "No Parking – Firemen Only". Other than
Firemen, no person shall park, stop or leave standing any vehicle upon
the parking lot area on the North side of the Fire Hall.
SECTION 2 - PENALTY: The penalty for
violation of this Ordinance shall be as stated in the Bond Schedule
established by the Sheboygan County Circuit Court for traffic
infringements. ($20.00 plus costs)
SECTION 3 - EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance
shall take effect and be in full force from and after the date of its
passage and publication as provided by law.
