An Ordinance To Prohibit Depositing And Disposal Of Any Materials at
the Village of Cedar Grove Recycling Center.
THE VILLAGE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
CEDAR GROVE DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the purpose of this Ordinance is to
prohibit the depositing and/or disposal of any materials at the Village
of Cedar Grove Recycling Center .
NOW,
THEREFORE, it is hereby ordained by the Village Board of Trustees of the
Village of Cedar Grove, Wisconsin, as follows:
No person shall place, deposit, dispose or dump any
materials for any reason at or on the Village Recycling Center located
at Willow Avenue and Commerce Street, Village of Cedar Grove, Sheboygan
County, Wisconsin, except during operating hours of Saturday 8:00 a.m. –
2:00 p.m..
Persons found in violation of this ordinance shall
be subject to a forfeiture as follows:
$200.00 plus Court costs, for the first offense;
$300.00 plus Court costs, for the second offense within a 5 year period;
and $400.00 plus Court costs, for the
third offense and thereafter within a 5 year period.
In addition to the above forfeiture, violators will
also be responsible for the cost of disposal of any materials deposited
on Village property.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after the date of its passage and posting as provided by
law.
