The Village of Cedar Grove is interested in selling a parcel of vacant land it owns zoned R-D (Rural Development) with frontage on CTH LL, approximately 12+ acres exact acreage to be determined by survey.

The property is available for inspection by appointment; information may be obtained at the Village Hall or by contacting the Village Clerk, Karen Otte at 920-668-6523.

Offers to Purchase may be submitted to the Village Hall between February 26 and through March 12 at 3:00 PM. The Village is under no obligation to accept any Offer to Purchase.
